Returns 

Paisley Collected does not accept refunds or credits for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If there is an issue with your order, don't hesitate to contact zoe@paisleycollected.com or via instagram DMs. As we sell pre-loved clothing some items may have signs of wear or small faults and any noticeable faults will be listed or photographed.

Shipping 

We offer a $9 flat rate to all locations in Australia and $14 to New Zealand. We ship all orders once a week and tracking is sent to you via email (if you register your email at checkout). 

Packaging

We proudly use Hero Packaging compostable mailers to ship our products and encourage you to reuse these packages or compost them.
