Say hello to the perfect Spring dress. The vintage rose motif on this dress is to die for! It has gorgeous shell buttons up the bust and a cheesecloth-style crinkly. It's meant to be very smocky in which case, I'd suggest it's best for a 12 to get that oversized look, but if you want it tighter then best for 14-16.
